CIPP repair completed in Lake Forest. Installed 23' liner in 6" clay drain. Significant fracture at connection point now fully sealed. Used steam cure method (faster than ambient) reaching optimal 180° temp. Post-inspection shows smooth, uniform liner with proper cure. Flow restored 100%. Job site cleaned thoroughly. This trenchless solution saved customer's landscaping and reduced repair time by 2 days. Will schedule 6-month follow-up inspection.

Conducted thorough assessment of underground HVAC ductwork in Lake Forest property. Utilized specialized flexible camera system to navigate 87 linear feet of air distribution system. Documented condition of duct seams, insulation integrity, and potential air loss points. Detected moderate condensation issues and two compromised junctions requiring immediate attention. System is approximately 70% efficient in current state. Prepared detailed digital mapping of complete system layout with marked problem areas. Recommended targeted repairs using our no-dig rehabilitation methods.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete probably transite ducts with metal fittings that are rusted. System would need to be spin cast mortared on metal then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Applied epoxy coating to liner and pipe where pipe enters drain box, before coating pipe/liner noticed areas of rubber membrane in drain box was bubbled and holding water under membrane. Rubber membrane was damaged in front right and left corner where looks like a second rubber fix was attempted.

Performed trenchless repair on underground air ducts. Used a Duct Armor lining system to reinforce and seal the existing ducts. Cleaned the ducts with a rotary brush before applying the spray-on liner. This method ensures no digging is needed and extends the lifespan of the ducts.

Televised ducts in lower level under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings that are rusting and allowing water to enter the ducts. Suggest a possible sump pit and pump in crawl space and discharging out the front of the house. Then spin cast mortaring and spray lining with Duct Armor.
